Power of Napping

Regardless of whether you are studying, working on a tight schedule, time has always been not enough but body has to give way sooner or later. This is when you need to know the power of napping, and how you can understand your body operates and utilizes it at a maximal scale.

thereafter, go for some skydiving (if you have any in your country) and forget all your worries and start all over again!

Of course, you do not necessary skydive, since there is some risks to it. Alternatively, take a deep breath and SHOUT “This is not the life I should be living for” and think of a PLAN B.

After walking down this long road, what have I achieved?

Yes I am feeling like this once in a while, and am constantly reminding myself that time is the key or to change the methods I’m using.
